Executive chef Alex Stratta earned his Five Diamonds in less than a year after opening his restaurant Alex at Wynn Las Vegas. At the time, only three other Las Vegas restaurants held the honor, a notable accomplishment. Carolyn Bates of gourmet magazine called this restaurant, “An exquisite jewelbox.” Robuchon’s more formal dining room simply called Joël Robuchon offers a $360, 16-course tasting menu, or a $225 six-course option.
